Before returning anything

Contact Rainboat through our Returns / Warranty Support before making repairs or shipping any product back. Do not send a product to any address unless Rainboat provides return instructions.

Made-to-order Outboard Jet Kits

Outboard Jet conversion kits are made to order. If you need to cancel an order, contact Rainboat as soon as possible.

An order that has not yet been submitted to the manufacturer may be cancelled for a refund. Once a made-to-order Jet Kit has been submitted to the manufacturer, cancellation or a change-of-mind return is not guaranteed.

Correctly supplied made-to-order Jet Kits are not automatically eligible for return simply because the customer changes their mind. Any non-defective return must be approved by Rainboat before shipment. If Rainboat approves a discretionary non-defective return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless Rainboat states otherwise in writing.

Incorrect item or fitment

Rainboat uses the motor information supplied during the fitment process to determine the correct Jet Kit configuration. If you believe the item supplied does not match the confirmed configuration, contact Rainboat before installing, modifying, repairing, or returning it.

We will review the order, the fitment information provided, and the product supplied to determine the appropriate next step.

Damaged, defective, or product-related issues

If an item arrives damaged or you believe there is a defect or other product-related issue, contact Rainboat as soon as possible. Keep the product, packaging, and any relevant photos or documentation available while the issue is reviewed.

Do not make repairs, disassemble the unit, or ship it back unless Rainboat provides instructions.

Rainboat does not provide an independent one-year warranty on Outboard Jet conversion kits. Rainboat will review reported product issues and coordinate the appropriate next steps with the applicable supplier when necessary.

Refunds

When Rainboat approves a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear after it is issued may depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.
