Every powerhead is completely disassembled. Blocks, heads, connecting rods, and crankshafts are thoroughly cleaned to efficiently and thoroughly remove all contaminants, which can result in premature wear to internal engine components and early engine failure.

Cylinders are honed and bored to OEM specifications. The head to block mating surface is thoroughly inspected and resurfaced as required, providing the correct surface finish for updated gasket materials.

Connecting rods are machined and gauged to within a half-thousandth for improved operation. Rods are carefully machined to avoid taper and to the standard diameter of OEM specifications.

Crankshafts are first thoroughly cleaned, then precision machined to exact tolerances. All crankshafts which do not meet factory tolerances are discarded and new ones are used. All thrust surfaces are inspected and machined to provide a precise finish for reduced bearing wear and precise engine operation.

Every head is resurfaced to exact dimensional tolerances and the surface finish is carefully monitored for proper sealing with the block.

Every engine is precisely assembled by trained builders. Attention to such details as a final wash of new and machined parts and pre-lubricated camshafts, pistons, and crankshaft journals assures a clean, smooth-running engine that performs to your expectations.
